In this iconic location on the Thames, Hilton Hotel worked in collaboration with TRG Plc to create a lively, vibrant and authentic, drinking and dining venue. Designed to have maximum visual impact to appeal to tourists and city workers alike. They installed a 50 litre contemporary copper and steel micro distillery alongside a 2 litre handmade copper mini still which is used for product development. A range of gins was developed by Matt Servini, designed to create gin appeal throughout all parts of the day, including a Seville Orange Marmalade Gin for breakfast. The bar has proved a phenomenal success.
