Hot on the heels of Jim & Tonic’s success in Elephant and Castle, the team opened a new London Gin Bar at the latest Mercato Metropolitano venue in Mayfair, situated inside the wonderfully renovated St Mark’s church. CDB helped install a 40 litre handmade still, crafted entirely out of copper and designed to reflect the pipes of a church organ. Jim & Tonic’s signature range of gins are distilled in house.
