The Boat at Erbistock is an Independent pub dating back to the mid 17th century, this beautiful riverside inn has been welcoming and refreshing locals and passers-by for centuries. The team were looking to reinforce the pubs commitment to quality food and drink. Distilling a range of spirits in their own still, using local ingredients, seemed an obvious way to do this. Lady Dee is a key feature of the pub’s back bar.
