The Whisky Exchange
The brand new London Bridge flagship store features a 50L CDB copper & steel still as well as mini stills for its soon-to-be-open Distillery School.
The Project
The Whisky Exchange wanted to create an immersive Spirit Experience in their flag ship store on Borough High Street. They commissioned CDB to build a 2.5m tall, 0.5m wide Copper and Steel Spirit Column featuring 4 Bubble Plates, which would normally form part of a 3000 litre still. This is situated in the main window of their store. Inside customers will find a 50L copper and steel still and be able to take part in experiential classes using 2 litre handmade copper mini-stills.
