The Project
Alex & Ellen had a clear vision for In The Welsh Wind, to be maverick distillers, crafting bespoke spirits. They are respectful of tradition but not constrained by it. They are proud innovators and providers of bespoke premium spirits to the drinks industry. They also deliver Gin Tasting and Making Experiences from the distillery.
