Amalthea, a copper & steel vacuum pot still, takes centre stage on Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly’s newly designed third floor. This bespoke setup is dedicated to producing two distinct gins: a classic London Dry gin that boasts rich juniper and coriander flavours, with subtle hints of citrus, rose, and licorice; and an exceptional Pink Gin infused with warming juniper, cardamom, and coriander notes, as well as hints of rhubarb, rose, hibiscus, and Fortnum’s very own Earl Grey tea.
