The Project
By the waterfront, Blackness Bay Distillery makes its home in a converted old stable, adorned with aged stills and fermenters that lend a charming vintage feel.
Tucked discreetly behind the owners’ renowned pub, the Lobster Pot, this distinctive distillery is on track to become a local attraction. Employing a 300-litre and 150-litre traditional whisky twin pot still, complete with a spirit safe, the distillery crafts an variety of unique rum styles, with exciting plans for delving into the world of whisky on the horizon.
