In 2018 Jim & Tonic installed their stunning copper & steel still in Elephant & Castle and their sustainable urban gin distillery was born
The Project
Jim & Tonic are a Distillery, Bar and Events business focused on selling Premium Gins and Gin Cocktails. Their brief was to build a distillery within their bar in Mercato Metropolitano, South London, that would really wow market goers and show them that this was a serious gin business.
Jim & Tonic is a fast growing business, we’ve worked with Matt and Vanessa from the outset, initially helping us with training and recipe development as well as distillery equipment. Now that we know what we’re doing we use CDB purely for the provision of equipment. Their range of sizes and designs, along with the ability to build bespoke pieces has been important to us. The kit is fantastic looking, robust, safe and efficient without costing a fortune – great value all round!
