A 50L copper & steel pot still and 10 x 2L handmade copper mini-stills, are at the heart of the White Hare’s Distillery & Gin Experience. A dream come true for founder Christos Kyriakidis.
The Project
The Distillery make their White Hare Gin in The Craft Distilling Business’ 50L contemporary copper and steel still. It’s a London dry style gin, with locally sourced pine and rosemary, as well as pink grapefruit and four other botanicals.
The 10x 2L copper mini stills have been installed in a dedicated room off the bar, which is operated as a members-only Gin School. Customers can pick their own botanicals and distil their own bottle in a mini copper still.
